Kritika Mehta

Registered Psychotherapist

Behind The Care...

Kritika is a registered therapist with over 12 years of experience working with kids, youth, and adults. She is passionate about supporting people through anxiety, trauma (including generational trauma), depression, chronic pain, relationship challenges, and the unique experiences of being a new immigrant or navigating life as a BIPOC individual.

As a South Asian therapist, Kritika deeply understands how stories, culture, and family dynamics shape who we are. She brings this awareness into her work with compassion and curiosity. Her style is collaborative and flexible, drawing from approaches such as CBT, mindfulness, expressive arts, somatic practices, and parts work to meet clients exactly where they are.

Outside of her work, Kritika enjoys simple joys like soaking up the sun, sipping a matcha, feeling a fresh breeze, or getting caught up in a great Netflix show. She is also a proud plant mom, an animal lover, and an enthusiastic art experimenter. These small pleasures keep her grounded, and she brings that same sense of balance and humanity into her sessions.

If you’re looking for a therapist who offers both professional expertise and a warm, human connection, Kritika would be honoured to work with you.
